Welcome to my journey!

I’m Claudia, a holistic energy facilitator with a focus on energetic autonomy. My goal? To help people connect with their energy, make more mindful choices, and find the answers they need within themselves to create meaningful change.

How did it all begin?

Since I was a kid, I’ve always had a dreamy, mystical view of life (maybe it’s the Pisces in me). But things really got moving when I became a mom—that’s when I started diving deeper into self-awareness.

That’s when my true journey of self-discovery began. Living in São Paulo, I explored various paths like Astrology, Eastern philosophies, Zen Buddhist meditation, Osho meditation, Mindfulness practices, Reiki, and Raja Yoga meditation at Brahma Kumaris, along with meditation and silence retreats. All of these experiences became key references for the energy work I do today, where I also incorporate techniques such as chakra alignment, Access Consciousness, and the Blue Star Radionic Table healing.

In 2014, something big happened—after a long period of energy therapy, I experienced a powerful healing, physically and emotionally.
That experience changed my life and gave me a whole new perspective. Since then, my path has been all about learning, growing, and helping others find their way too.

When I traveled to Canada in 2020, I kept going—practicing Kundalini Yoga, studying the Galactic Map/Peace Synchronicity, and connecting deeply with the nature around me. Vancouver’s wild landscapes introduced me to shamanic philosophies, archetypes, Yin & Yang balance, and Sacred Feminine circles.
It’s been an incredible inner journey, full of growth, learning, and discovering what it means to truly love and understand myself.

So, how did I start working with holistic healing?

Before stepping into this path, I spent 20 years as a flight attendant, traveling the world, immersing myself in different cultures, and connecting with incredible people.

Each journey was enriching, but I soon realized that the most profound and transformative trip wasn’t to a faraway destination—it was the one within myself. This inner exploration awakened my awareness and led me to discover the power of healing and self-discovery.

After a deeply moving healing experience, I felt called to learn more, expand my understanding, and share this wisdom with others. My work is guided by deep listening, compassionate guidance, and practical tools that help each person care for their energy in everyday life.

Every session is a unique experience—a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and authenticity.
